Had a swim with my niece in morning on Sunday she loved it was also impressed at the fact they used wood for the key to room and it was not plastic . Breakfast was great to def will stay again

This is a hotel that does a job if you are looking for a ultra convenient overnight stay. There’s no luxury element, breakfast is chaotic and lacking a little efficiency but it’s perfectly clean and the staff are welcoming.

Many reasons to like this hotel. A small, but perfectly reasonable gym, a lovely pool, ample parking, cheap EV charging, great staff, modern ish rooms. However The rooms are very warm with limited opportunity to open the windows due to the security grill ( perfectly reasonable ) but as the only ventilation, very noisy due to the proximity of the M40.

Very nice property. At times it was hard to find staff at the front desk. Keep in mind this location is away from the larger town area of Thame - so if you don’t have a car you will be relying on taxis. The food in the lounge was good and the separate restaurant seemed busy. Be sure to pack swimming clothes to take advantage of the spa amenities!

We booked a table in the restaurant for the first evening of our stay but were unfortunately disappointed by the poor service. Although the restaurant did not appear to busy we were ignored for long periods even though staff were scurrying about. We were told by one member of staff that this was due to a large number of hotel guests requiring bar service.

Delicious buffet breakfast - don't very often see fried bread these days. Our spacious room was immaculately clean but it is obvious that some of the fixtures and fittings are a few years old. Reception staff were very helpful. The hotel arranged our taxi to a very remote location with no issues.

Property is a bit of a maze, a few more internal directions needed. Pool area a bit cramped. Meal ‘deal’ option was not adequately explained which led to confusion at checkout. Evening meal tables could have had table cloths so as to take away the ‘canteen’ feel. Staff were however overall excellent.

Beautiful Hotel. Prefer if front desk lady didn’t keep asking personal questions!! What will you do when you’re here ? Have you been here before? Etc Sorry just prefer to check in quickly !! Hotel is far from City . Parking in the City is a nightmare!! Parking at the hotel is great . Super dinner food / atmosphere. Breakfast was pretty basic though . Overall a great hotel, in lovely grounds . Would stay here again .
