The amenities are outstanding, the food is excellent, and every detail reflects quality and thoughtful service. We were especially grateful for the surprise welcome gifts—chocolates and fresh fruits—which made our stay feel even more special. The heated indoor swimming pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing and refreshing escape from the cold mountain weather. Another major convenience is the hotel’s direct connection to Sun Plaza – Sapa Station, making access to the tram to Fansipan incredibly easy and seamless. Overall, a true 5-star experience.
