It's a beautiful property in the middle of tea farmland. Very peaceful and quiet except for the rooster(s) before dawn. I had a private room with a dedicated bathroom. It was very comfortable. On the menu for dinner was traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Very delicious. Recommended.

Halfway stop
Going by motorcycle from Ninh Binh to Phong Nha, one can make a stop halway and use this hotel as your stop. The owner is extremely friendly, inviting me for both dinner and breakfast, and driving me around. A real personal touch. The place itself is functional, let's say, worth the price Vietnam ...

Another very nice hotel. Nice location. Staff helped with scooter hire. Internet wasn't the greatest, at times, but fine. Nice breakfast which is included. Looking forward to visiting again. Didn't see/use the pool.
