"We only stayed one night and didn't have the opportunity to experience Hotel amenities. HOWEVER, the hotel has an elevator system which requires a room card to access your floor. My wifes room card didn't work the morning we were checking out and she was stranded on the 17th floor. Our room was on 14, and when I tried to go get her, MY KEYCARD DIDN'T WORK either. A maid got be to 17 where I rescued my wife and got her back to our room (don't need keycard to go down, just up). A harrowing...
