"Heat was operating. Internet effective. Room is clean and nicely set up. Staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. 👏 👍 "

"When I initially checked into the hotel The first room I walked into smelled like smoke with the air conditioner on. I went to the lobby and exchanged my keys for a different room. The new room was a little better regarding the smell of smoke but the bed and bedding was awful. I pulled back the terribly worn comforter and sheets and it was like there was no mattress pad and it felt like there was just a sheet laying on top of the mattress. I felt so uncomfortable that I slept in my clothes and left the hotel as soon as there was daylight. When I checked in there were a sketchy group of people watching a football game in the lobby they looked as though they had just gone off the streets to watch the game and they did t look like college students. The bathroom had a wall attached soap dispenser and it was barely hanging on the wall and nobody had fixed it. "

"Clean quiet hotel. Friendly staff, well equipped kitchen, convenient on site laundry room. Centrally located 10-15 minutes to University of Oregon, shopping, restaurants. "

"Everything is exactly how it is pictured! We had a really nice stay. The value for the size of space was exceptional, especially during a Ducks game. "

"Beautiful and clean home in an amazing setting. Would absolutely stay again if back in Eugene. Close enough to campus and Autzen Stadium but far enough away for peace and quiet. Tucked away in nature. "
