"Room clean and quiet has air con unit but not adequate for warm summer nights . Breakfast was lovely staff very helpful especially Will who was particularly attentive . The pool was a nice bonus but wish I had taken flip flops as floor dangerously slippery even though attendant was constantly mopping . Grounds lovely to sit in during this lovely weather . Easy access to town or designer outlet . Lovely hotel would definitely go back but will take a fan ."

"Stayed in a cosy room which was bigger than expected with air-conditioning Small ensuite just big enough for 1 person. Room had a small fridge which included fresh milk and a bottle of water. Good selection of teas for hospitality tray. Breakfast good selection which had to be ordered as cooked fresh. However had to be booked for breakfast in advance. Hotel not too far from train station and between 2 bridges so easy access to city centre."

"A great one night experience! Very original and nicely located hotel. Check in was great thanks to their magic! The room we were in was extremely hot with 3-4 fans at max power so noisy. One night at this hotel was perfect."

"I likes the location, the cleanliness and standard of the hotel. The only thing i didnt like was the breakfast, not sure why there was no option of fried eggs, as the scrambled eggs tasted like carton and probably made of powder. Such a shame, as the rest was amazing, including the waffle station!"

"Very comfortable bed, excellent facilities, very close to the town centre. Clean room and a wide range of choices for breakfast. The only disadvantage was having to book a slot for the swimming pool rather than just using it at your own leisure."
