"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Close proximity to the convention center and lots of restaurants. Very clean rooms. Since it is a new property they have some minor issues such as my room tv cromecast was connecting to a different room. I reported this issue but no one acted on it. Fitness room has water fountain, but can use disposable paper cups. Limited breakfast options."

"Friendly staff and decent hot breakfast. Coffee in the lobby our first morning was not hot. Was better the second and third morning. Coffee cup lids in the rooms didn’t fit the cups in the rooms. Overall a great location and other than a couple minor things noted I would stop again. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the room fridge was cold."

"Springhill Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The receptionist for check-in was very pleasant and explained everything before we got our room. The rooms are absolutely clean love the linen on the beds, which were white and the towels and washcloths were also fresh white line. The shower was very nice. I love it. In the area of the hotel was very clean and there was a lot of stores and restrooms within walking I definitely will come back again thank you."

"Everything was perfect, the staff very kind in special the lady worked in breakfast .The reception was fantastic we came from Massachusetts for my son’s graduation in Fort Jackson. They treated everyone with respect and kindness. I am giving them five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Great room, comfy beds, nice to have Ruth Chris in property. Loved getting water at check in. Close to campus. It was under construction. The breakfast for $32 was a bit disappointing for being in Ruth Chris (you would expect more and pay more since in that Restaurant). Parking was a bit confusing… they give you a pass to put in with your ticket… same price but almost paid twice , on bill and at exit). Overall great though, would stay again now that I know what to expect."
