I think this hotel is a fun place to stay w kids - the pool, the location across from the pier and so close to downtown made this vacation weekend such a great good old fashioned time! Hint - bring some of your CDs from the box in the basement because my room anyways had a CD player! Lol.

Great location. Short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Situated on the harbour with nice views of the water. Rooms are well equipped and clean but this property is showing its age. The rooms are dated and dark. Carpets stained and furniture needs replacing. No central air just window air conditioning units. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming.

Great view and comfortable suite, though on the expensive side (understandable, given the season and time of the week). However, the AC in one of the bedrooms wasn’t working, and wifi sucked in the suite and non-existent in the bedrooms. Cell reception also wasn’t the greatest (in lieu of wifi, though that’s. It the property’s fault).

This is our second time staying here. The staff is fantastic, location is great and the rooms are huge. We were hoping the place overall would have updated things some since we were last here but that wasn’t the case. A coat of paint, fixing up this leaky toilet, sink and shower, the broken screen door lock, the display on the air conditioner….none of these things were deal breakers for us at this point but would be nice to see in the near future.
