"U don’t get what you pay for. 5 star hotel price, the room is extremely ill Designed and cramped. Cleaning is really subpar, there’s no laundry, small gym. Service was no better than hotel half the price. Doesn’t feel like u r at a 5 star hotel. Except when looking at credit card statement. The location is however very nice"

"Perfect choice of hotel in Kaohsiung. Great view of the Music Centre from our room and the Love River. There is a tram nearby that can connect you to their public transportation system. The bed was amazing, I had great sleep every night. Shower had great water pressure and Japanese toilet in room. The buffet was okay, but not the deal breaker. If you need ice, you can order it. Great hotel, I'd stay again."

"This hotel was amazing! The staff are so friendly and attentive. The artwork throughout the hotel is gorgeous and provides such a nice atmosphere. The little touches like free popcorn in the lounge room in the afternoon/evening, the games room, and free laundry powder for the washing machines etc are great extra touches. In a great location near Pier 2 too. If we come back to Kaohsiung, we will stay here again for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We were sad to leave. "

"My family and I were shocked at how dirty the hotel room’s floor were. Our socks were black just walking around a few minutes. Even with slippers we felt grossed out because it seems as if the staff didn’t clean the floors ever!! The bed was ok and there were basically no amenities . The best part was the location and shower. "
