"I had to ask for linens and shampoos and conditioner. I normally have all that on a trip but that was last minute. I asked 3 times, never brought to my room."

"Doing renovations with grinding for 12 hours a day and blowing dust with mold and mildew and whatever into central air system. Then the waste gets blown into guests rooms. It was literally snowing in my room for 6 hours one day. I got home and choked and coughed so hard I had to check if I caused a hernia. All their contractors who are doing the grinding on the floors need to do is duct tape the in and out vents .worst Marriot property I've ever stayed at in 25 years of travel. Room cleanliness is appalling and building should be bulldozed"

"New building with nice room and pool. Bed was nice and so were the pillows! Would definitely stay again!"
