"The hotel was spotless warm and welcoming. We came out of season which was nice. It was quiet and peaceful. There are spectacular views of the Loch and mountains. Our room had an outdoor space looking into the Loch where swans came to say hello. In the evening we sat down for a meal seated near the window. Staff were polite and knowledgeable about the hotels history. Food was tasty and well presented. We will be returning in the summer. "

"We had a very difficult time locating the property. Using the directions link in the app, we were taken to a private residence down the main road. We reached out to the manager via the app, but never heard back. We eventually found it by simply Googling the business’ name. I had to reach out to management prior to our stay to get instructions for check in and accessing the key. Thankfully the process was very super.The property itself is quiet and tucked away. Very peaceful. It is a bit away from the main hub of food/drinks, but we didn’t mind that. "

"Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Die ist großzügig und sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten ein großes und kleineres Schlafzimmer, sowie zwei Bäder. Die Terrasse war mega schön und es gab einen direkten Zugang zum See. Wir konnten jederzeit zum Steg und baden. Die Umgebung um Balloch oder Luss lädt zum Spaziergang und Wassersport ein. Alles hat für uns perfekt gepasst. "
