"We arrive to the studio and it was as close to Seaside square as we had hoped. The check in way easy, key code entry. It was clean and cool. Just the right size for me and my husband. Shower has great water pressure, we had clean towels and I had a blow dryer and a curling iron provided for our nice evening out. There are plenty of dishes and silverware and a nice place to enjoy breakfast in our space. The AC worked great. Bed is very comfortable and it has two extra pillows. Large TV do we could watch the soccer games too.It’s very close to the main square of Seaside and they supply a parking pass and wrist bands for beach access. So convenient to the little well stocked market in the square and to all the shopping and resteraunts. The unit has a small refrigerator and a little freezer. Our host Marvin quickly responded to our questions and we would definitely return to this place. The first few nights of our stay there was no one in the upper unit. When we did have guests above the unit was still very quiet. The entry hall to the unit is roomy, however our upstairs neighbor filled the space with their crap, making entry and exit to the unit more challenging. We did not complain to our host as it really wasn’t his fault."

"Absolutely delightful stay in Seaside at Mint4Fun. We had 4 adults and 5 teens and we had plenty of space. M The location really could not be better. It’s a 2 minute walk to the pool and a short and easy walk to the beach access. The house is tucked a few blocks back from 30A which is great for peace and quiet, yet it is an easy walk to the hot spots. For example, my daughter and I took an 8 minute round trip walk to put our names in at a popular restaurant. Trying to find parking in Seaside is a big challenge so being able to leave the cars at the house was ideal. Christie was a great communicator and so easy to work with. She was very understanding and accommodating when I misread a part of the home description. Lots of places to explore but if we are ever headed back to Seaside I know where we will staying…if it’s available!"

"Really nice house overall. Very clean and well kept. Furnishings are up to date and the entire place is well appointed with kitchen equipment, drink glasses and dinner ware. Outside the pool is great, grill is awesome and beach chairs and umbrellas are a nice added item for those that are traveling light. Overall, location is good, close to all the action in Seaside and exceptionally close to the beach. While the location is not technically on the beach, you are just steps away, and from your 3rd floor balcony, you can see the ocean and beach. Great views. Wonderful place for a family vacation!"

"This was by far one of favorite vacations. We for sure wasn’t ready to come home. The only suggestion would be for more golf cart parking closer to the beach access. It was so peaceful at the beach and the house. This property offered so much to do and was just perfect for our family!"

"Great location, close enough to walk and / or bike to the beach. For our 5 day stay, we did end up renting a golf cart, which we used quite a bit in lieu of the big rental car.The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to cook for the family of 10 at home for a few of our meals.We were so happy that we selected a rental with a private pool; even though it is not large, it was perfect for cooling off when you don’t feel like heading to the beach.Our only negative comments were that the bedrooms needed mirrors and at least one full length somewhere in the entire house. Even with the 4.5 baths, when 10 people are trying to get ready, would have been great to have additional mirrors in bedrooms.In terms of the listing description, it needs to be more clear that the sofa bed pullout is on the second level and not the first as it appears to be in listing. We also found that the twin pullout in the primary king was not useful for us; maybe for a very small child, but an older child or young teen could not sleep on that very thin uncomfortable mattress. That said, I still think this rental was terrific and I would definitely book again. The house is spacious and so well maintained."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was fantastic for my wife and I’s honeymoon. The house was clean and had everything we needed. This house is hidden and away from the main roads. Very private. Only a 5 minute walk from downtown and has a private beach access. Downtown Seaside is beautiful! Would recommend for a couples getaway!"
