"The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming! The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The room I stayed in was quiet, comfortable and spacious as well. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious! 10/10 would stay again."

"Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Updated clean room. Only mild inconvenience was the elevator. Down for maintenance. But I get it, things happen. Would definitely stay again."

"Unfortunately, our stay was terrible. We were in two rooms and both rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. The sink in one room would not drain, the shower in didn't work the other and neither TV offered closed captions for my hearing impaired daughter. To make the stay even worse, the gal working the front desk was insensitive, rude and generally as helpful as a box of rocks. "Hotel is well located. Rooms a bit small, and need some extra care, ripped curtain, rested towel rod. Nice happen hour, but charges resort fee for no apparent service."

"My Beach view room that I paid extra for had a view of a huge palm tree that you could not see around. My second BEACH view room was the view of the kids pool. Apparently there was some confusion that I didn’t get what I asked for no...

"Wonderful. Very well maintained property"

"The people at the reception made me feel unwelcome and looked at me like I wasn't good enough for them. It was a truly unpleasant experience and ruined our entire stay. I will never come here again and make sure I let everyone I know to avoid this hotel."

"Clean and close to the airport."

"Hotel is fine, the distance to Disney though is no joke. While you may be able to make the walk it takes atleast 29 mins if your in good shape and speed walking. You definitely need the shuttle."

"Very clean, unfortunately my ear buds small bag was thrown out by mistake buts not a big deal."
