Had to call and leave a message and finally got a return call with our check in information. Created a stressful situation since we had been traveling and needed this info to plan our timeline."

"Quiet, comfortable hotel. One thing I didn't realize about residential hotels is that most of the guests are there for an extended period of time so in general they will be quieter than guests at other hotels. In addition, there will be fewer children around. Excellent breakfast every morning in a clean breakfast room."
