"The hotel room was very clean. Staff was great. The hot tub, however, was under maintenance the entire stay which was disappointing as that is one reason I booked this hotel. They should have informed us of this issue as I had until July 17 to cancel and would have booked elsewhere. I found out Sunday when we checked in that another lady said when she came on that Friday the 17th it was under maintenance at that time, so a week and no one being able to use it. We should have received some type of refund. The kids got to swim but I did not get to enjoy a relaxing hot tub."
