"The guy at the front desk was great. He politely asked me if I would consider being on the 2nd floor in a bigger room. He said that he had quite a few elderly people coming in for an event and was trying to save ground floor rooms for them. I thought it was great how well he knew his upcoming customers and was thinking ahead for them. I've been in customer service my whole career so I truly appreciate a person who puts in the time and effort to know their clients and plan ahead."
