Staff are all friendly and professional, hotel is clean and tidy, breakfast was superb with everything you ever wanted available. The pool is an added bonus and free for guests as long as you book which is easy, I didn't use the rest of the health club but I am sure that was as well done as the rest of the hotel."

"Perfectly good hotel. Lovely clean room, wonderful staff especially the receptionist, I wish I could remember her name. She was so helpful carrying up luggage three floors. Don't like leaving negatives, but if you're not mobile there is no lift in the building. Would definitely recommend. "

"In room 10 very clean and fresh full English breakfast and continental was good. The only downside was the tv in the room keeped dropping out of the streaming went to front desk about it but not interested shame as it was a lovely experience."
