"I stayed on the third floor in an apartment with a lakeside view. Everything was comfortable and decor tasteful. A lovely hot shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed really comfortable. Washing machine and clothes dryer Fisher and Paykel. Perfectly quiet at night. Secure car park. Great value for money. I would recommend. "

"Great helpful staff very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Wotif.com didn’t portray the room as I found it share bathroom down the hall. My elderly father and I found the old style lift difficult to enter and exit as I had to hold both the doors open as my father had to negotiate getting into the lift on a 4 wheel walker. The lift is turned off overnight and we were on the 2nd floor. Not all the ramps inside the hotel were open during the 24 hours he couldn’t use steps on check out the ramps were not open which made it difficult to get to the car. Other than this for an able body person it’s a great stay so would recommend. "

"It’s so hard to find good customer service. Tasa on reception was so helpful and made our stay a pleasure,we received a bottle of wine and chocolates on our arrival and our room was lovely and clean. We will definitely be coming back again, she is a Star. "
