"Cleanliness is pretty good. The housekeepers are on it and I appreciate how thoughtful they are when you ask for assistance. The front desk is okay, they’ll serve you but not right away. I just needed the keys so you’ll have to wait for the guy front desk to take his time and not really greet you. We loved the pool and hot tub (pretty hot). The pool is not really warm, just adjust. Breakfast is pretty good; eggs, bacon, waffles. It’s all setup I pretty decently. "

"Watch for double charges on your card, no pool towels, unhelpful staff, and they say your feedback is important but good luck getting ahold of anyone. Definitely don’t recommend for families, it’s unfortunate cause great location. Room was dirty and had toe nails next to the bed. A/c was loud and leaking. It’s overpriced and doesn’t feel safe. Poor lighting and intoxicated guests walking around with drinks. Never have I felt the need to leave a bad review on a hotel but they really missed the mark. "

"Older hotel needing updates. Breakfast was standard offer nothing special. Bathroom floor was dirty, 1 lamp wouldn't work, internet wouldn't connect. If your going N on Hwy 97 there is no turn in to get to hotel, inconvenient to reach."

"When we arrived we had a person ready to take out bags up to our rooms. We walked up to the front desk and they already had everything ready for us (Gate person called in as we drove up the drive). Staff was friendly, the grounds were nicely kept. It was fun to walk along the golf course pathways at night. The gym was a good sized gym. I wish the cafe in the lobby was open in the morning but understand it's off season. "

"We recently stayed here with two families and overall had a great experience. The location was wonderful, and the layout was perfect for multiple families sharing the space. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes, and all of the beds were comfortable with nice linens. We especially appreciated the extra towels provided for the hot tub.One small suggestion would be to provide a few more fresh towels for the bathrooms each day, as the used towels added up quickly with a larger group.We did knowingly book a pet-friendly home (and did not travel with pets ourselves), but upon arrival the entryway sofa, area rug, and outdoor sofa were noticeably covered in dog hair. I provided photos to the host right away. To their credit, they were very willing to come address it immediately, which we appreciated, though we ultimately declined the visit.Communication was responsive, but a bit confusing at times as messages came from different phone numbers via text rather than a single contact.Overall, we were happy with our stay and would consider staying again."

"Everything was wonderful. Some minor things that needed to be looked out when we moved out but it did not infringe on our stay. Will definitely use them again. The house did NOT disappoint"
