"The room was very clean, the staff were excellent at check in, and still very hospitable at 4 am, when I caught the free shuttle to the airport. I will definitely be going back to sample the free breakfast!"

"The hotel itself was nice, no complaints in the actual hotel, however we traveled with family and they also stayed at the hotel and safety was is a huge concern. Our family member parked where they were told to park in the hotel parking lot and had their Cadillac converter cut in attempt to steal it! There are signs that hotel is not liable for customers parking in their lot, however we were told this is a known issue for the area. Increase in security and lighting would help. There are also no cameras so nice place to stay but park at your own risk, which we didn’t feel was worth it. "

"The pool is prominently shown on the vbro site but was not available for us to use, as we did not stay for 30 days. Kitchen was poorly stocked - lacked measuring cups, hot pads, etc.Pictures are not representative of current condition of facility. Lighting was poor with many bulbs burned out. Also could have been cleaner - food crumbs on table, cobwebs in windows, floors dusty.We rate it as just ok - the location was convenient and fit our needs."
