"Que dire…. De belles photos sur le site une bonne note … et pourtant la réalité est bien différente ! En façade le logement semble correcte à y regarder de plus près le lit cassé (je devais resserrer la visserie du lit tous les soirs), les évacuations avec les filtres sales et bouches créant des nuisances sonores, sans parler dès chiens qui sont tolérés dans les appartements voisins qui aboient toute la journée… une odeur de pied sur le tapis et d’humidité, sans parler des éléments non nettoyés....

"Stayed few times booked via their website that is much more expensive and when booked now not directly but with Expedia, received extra small room, grand floor in the total corner. Never knew that Expedia customers are treated differently. Spa facilities are closed on Fridays until 16.00 so no luck of using in the morning. Spa doesnt reply to emails - tried to book massage and call but no luck until I checked out received email back. No milk in the room for coffee and some very cheap quality...

"The Apartment itself was in a central area with lots of supermarkets and restaurants around. It was clean and we had everything we needed. The stairs to the apartment are super steep and opening the entrance door was a struggle. The lock didn’t really work and everytime we had to get in the apartment we had issues with the lock. "Whilst it’s abit from the centre, it’s easy to get to on 2 tram lines that run at frequent times and the stop is outside the hotel. The surrounding area may be industrial however the hotel is clean and modern, the rooms well equipped and tidy. Check in was fine , there’s a bar and restaurant. The breakfast was amazing with a massive range of things and included. Would stay again. "
