"Stayed here a few times and loved ever visit. If you're going here for the first time, don't bother getting a taxi (unless you have mobility issues), it's a 10 minute walk from the terminal building. When you arrive you receive the warmest of welcomes. All the staff were very attentive, the rooms are a great size, we were upgraded FOC (thank you Sunborn) to one of the Rock Suits and in my opinion, they do the best breakfast in Gib."

"This property was mis-sold to us. The first photo on the listing is of a swimming pool and it is talked about a lot in the listing. There is no mention of the pool being unavailable at certain times of year. The pool was the main selling point for us, but it was not open or available and we didn't even have an access card to it if it had been open!The apartment was dated, which you can see from the listing photos, but what you cannot know is that it was very poorly cleaned. The fausty, musty smell hit us as soon as we walked in, it smells like it had been locked up and 'moth balled' all winter - we opened all the doors and windows but it didn't help at all. The kitchen and bathroom were barely cleaned, crumbs on bread board, dirty cups, rubbish still in the bin, toilet not cleaned, bathroom carpet not hoovered. The bedding and towels were threadbare and not welcoming at all. We decided within 30 mins that we could not stay here even for 1 night.Sweetstay have been horrific, I started complaining to them within 30 mins of arriving at the apartment and was contacting them everyday for the next few days, explaining that we had returned the keys and had to find a hotel at our own expense and efforts. A terrible start to our holiday.I have now been contacting Sweetstay regularly over the last few weeks and they just keep fobbing me off about my refund. You can't phone them, they won't phone me - it's impossible."

"Good spot, easy to get to from the airport by bus, McDonalds & Morrison’s a couple of minutes walk, Ocean Village, main streets and Casemate Square all within 15 minutes walk, just a bit further to the rock"

"The property is 10 minutes walk from the airport, situated in the marina area. The location is close to all restaurants, bars and Main Street shopping street. The dolphin adventure also runs from the marina. The property itself had a few ware and tears, but is very spacious and ideal for families staying in the area."

"This was a first night of an Andalusian road trip. Staff were helpful to find us a parking spot, room was comfortable, location was a bit of a walk from the Main Street but a good compromise. Breakfast was the best of the trip. "

"Location close to family. Great views, great bed. Better checks should have been with pots and pans as well as plates as some were a bit grimy where previous guests would have put away after usage. Not a criticism of the host just feed back to check going forward as the amenities were great. Would happily stay again. "

Comfortable beds. james Power (agent) was of immense help who kept us well informed prior to our arrival and met us immediately once we arrived in Gib. He gave us all the info we needed and was available throughout our stay if needed."
