"This is a nice quiet hotel in close proximity to the train station and shops. I would recommend a room at the rear of the building to avoid any of the tram noise. Staff were attentive and quick to fix my shower head when I flagged a problem. There was a smell from the drain at certain times so something to bear in mind if you are sensitive to smells. The room was nice and bright with an added bonus that you could open the window. There wasn't really any storage beyond 3 hangers which is part of the hotel's contemporary design. I would recommend that the hotel add mattress protectors or fitted sheets rather than a flat sheet folded around the mattress. Overall a good hotel with friendly staff."

"We only stayed at this hotel for one night, but the experience was superb. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even assisted us in finding our room, which was surprisingly difficult to locate on that particular floor. It genuinely felt as though they cared about their guests, and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was comfortable, with a great bed and a lovely bathroom. All the amenities were excellent, including a hairdryer and an iron in the room. The location is fantastic — close to the city centre, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay. I would happily stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others."

"El personal muy amable, como llegamos temprano faltando 3 horas para el check in decidimos pagar el early check in por 16 euros, no realizamos desayuno en el hotel sino que lo hicimos en los múltiples lugares cercanos que hay ya que esta en pleno centro de la ciudad, en la calle peatonal. El gimnasio estaba bien."
