"Very easy check in process. They let us know due to it being a pub, it would be loud, but it was very quiet and easy to sleep! The pub area was lovely and had a huge chimney fire for everyone to enjoy and keep warm. The room was clean and well kept! Great experience! "

"I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this is my experience. The townhouse was not clean. The refrigerator hadn't been cleaned the day we arrived, and there was ice everywhere. We asked the repair technician, and this did not happen. The dishes and utensils still had food stuck to them. The towels smelled terrible. We washed everything before we used it. The host charged us more than 200 for cleaning services, and the place was not clean at all. No dishwasher detergent. All the restrooms were filthy. My sister-in-law stated that one of the toilet seats was so wobbly that she nearly fell in. The townhouse was outdated. It requires a facelift. Honestly, the place was cleaner when we left. The only good thing about the place was the warmth from the fireplace."

"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The host was super communicative and gave us lots of tips, including a local Mexican restaurant which we loved. The house had everything we could possibly need already stocked. A highlight for us visiting in the summer was the clubhouse, which had a great indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, nice little gym, and various other recreation opportunities on site. "
