The Jadwin House LLC, Located in Jadwin, Missouri, sleeps 14 guests.

This four bedroom two bath home sleeps 14 guests. It sits on a spacious six-acre lot in the heart of many Current River activities. The hot tub has an outstanding five mile view to the east. The home is next-door to the Jadwin Canoe Rental, just down the road from Flat Nasty Off Road Park, just a few miles from the Current River (Cedar Grove), and a short drive to Montauk State Park. This home is perfect for vacations, events, reunions, weddings, hunting, fishing and river activities. It has the best view in the area.
This home has four total rv electric only hook ups outside. Two 50 amp and 2 30 amp outlets. The only people allowed to use the RV hook ups are the ones that rent the home. You’ll have no strangers in your yard. I charge $25 cash for each rv/camper using the electric hookups and $10 a night for guests staying in the camper.

Great Spot

Dont worry about bringing condiments and spices, this place had EVERYTHING we needed for the stay from the hair dryer to all the spices, coffee, and creamer. Cozy house and great location.

Family Vacation on the River

Stayed here 4 nights to get away from the noise. Its a peacful oasis next to our favorite river. The host has all kinds of helpful supplies in the kitchen and around the house. Great comunication from him as well. The outfitter next door got us on the river easily on day one and were very kind. This is a great spot for a family!

Family Friendly Home

Casey makes an extra effort to ensure you and your crew have an all around good stay. He is responsive to questions, and very helpful with area information on things to do and places to eat.The home is was perfect for us and our older kids, plus Harvey . Very clean, stocked kitchen for cooking (if you want), and plenty of stretch out space for all, with nice living room seating for all to gather. The hot tub and outdoor gathering space was a plus. Perfect for s’mores :)

Perfect place

The house and lot were very spacious and clean. House was well-stocked with linens and basic necessities. Owner was very friendly and communicative. Streamlined renting process. We walked over to Jadwin’s kayak rental each morning and floated the river. Then came back to a cool, clean and comfortable house. Would definitely return.

Girls Weekend!

We loved staying at Jadwin House for our girls weekend! Casey was very accommodating and helpful! The location was awesome, secluded yet we had a restaurant right across the road and our canoe rental right next door! Perfect spot!

Roomy, Clean and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was roomy and clean, with a recently updated kitchen and a BBQ grill for preparing meals. It had everything we needed to be comfortable for the weekend. We look forward to staying there again on our next trip to Montauk State Park.

Convenient seclusion

The perfect place to stay for adventure and convenience. The outpost being walking distance is awesome. We loved waking up to the cows at the fence and Casey was the best host. Told him we were coming for my husbands birthday and he went above and beyond and made him a cake. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Great spot for canoeing & near Montauk State Park for trout fishing

Very clean home with well stocked kitchen & pantry. We loved the location. The weather didn't allow much fishing or other outside activities. One suggestion for a rainy day would be a few board games. Would like to come back for a family canoe trip. Great place & the diner down the lane was excellent.

Rally weekend stay

The house was great. Everything you could want was provided. Kitchen well stocked with cooking implements. Clean and smelled good. Beds are super comfortable, slept like the dead. Right off a quiet country road. Easy to find and well marked.

Great location, near Montauk Springs and Akers Ferry

This was a great place to stay. The house was very nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our time outside in the little area by the fire pit. It was located close to Akers ferry and Montauk Springs. It’s a good location if you’re floating the river or doing fishing at the springs, it would also be a great place to rent for fall hunting season. We will definitely be back in the future.

Very Nice

Although there was only 2 of us, it's set up with 3 bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of ice trays. Did not get to use the outdoor recreation area including free firewood and fire pit. But beautiful view. Excellent location right on main road. But never heard traffic from the main road either. Our stay was in the off season. Perfect time to float the Current River. No crowds!

Sets the Bar!!

All other VRBO owners need a class in Casey! If you asked me to give a star rating from 1-10, I would ask for at least 20 stars! Amazing location, AMAZING house. Casey went OUT of his way to make sure I had everything I could need, and things I didn't even think about. If I had to go anyplace within 90 minutes of here, I would, with no doubt, stay here and drive that far every day. You add this amazing place and the Best home cooked meals right across the road.... Win Win!! From the spacious bedrooms to the amazing large shower in the lower level to the whole house fan that kept it cool even when it was 90 outside... I applaud you! Had I known the location was so great I would have stayed an extra day just to enjoy the area more. If you have any reserves about staying here, you need not have them. From a couple buddies up to an extended large family, this IS the place you want to stay..... as long as you all don't book it when I need it next!
