"We were very impressed by the front desk staff, who were extremely friendly and polite. When we checked in, the receptionist proactively informed us that we had left an umbrella behind during a previous stay and arranged for it to be delivered straight to our room. We were so touched by their efficient lost-and-found system! The next morning after checking out, the staff kindly called a taxi for us, loaded our two heavy bags into the trunk, and even held an umbrella over us in the rain. Overall,...

"It was a very pleasant experience"

"So happy we were able to book a room the very same day! Checked in during Typhoon Champi and needed a hotel close to the airport. A lot of free snacks, including instant ramen! They have free laundry for us. Room was huge for two people but had a small window. Rooms were clean. Hair dryer was so good honestly felt like a dyson."

"Good place for a layover. Motel is spacious enough for a family of 5 and staff prepared breakfast for our early flight."

"The hotel is under construction. It is a great location. Being on the top of Chungli's highest building, the views are wonderful. However, one does a lot of waiting on elevators, and parking is expensive."
