"The house was very convenient for our stay! Just miles away from the Fairgrounds. It was perfect for our family! We looked at the pictures and only saw a kerig so we brought our drip coffee machine. To our surprise the house had both; a Kerig and a drip coffee maker!The house was spacious with plenty of room for the family to hang out and our grandson to sleep well in the other room. We didn't get a chance to use the firepit or the pool table but they both looked inviting!Marc had all the amenities we needed, spices and cookware in the kitchen, shampoo in the bathroom etc!"

"We had a great week at Bellavista Estate! The house is spacious and the kitchen well equipped for making dinners together. The location is convenient with many interesting things to do in the area. We enjoyed walking at the nearby conservation area. A few of us took tours of the Capitol building as well as the Schuyler Mansion, both in Albany. Others chose to visit the USS Slater, the Martin VanBuren House and Tanglewood. We walked around the nearby town of Kinderhook and also enjoyed the Art Omi Sculpture Park in nearby Ghent.However we all agreed the pool was the perfect way to spend our afternoons!Thanks, Laurie, for being a great host!"

"This was probably the most wonderful placeI have ever rented. Description is very underplayed. It has a spectacular porch. The apartment is so artistically and tastefully decorated. The unexpected surprise fresh baked treats were amazing."

"Six girlfriends stayed at Bellavista for five nights. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home, pool, surrounding towns, shopping, restaurants. Laurie was wonderful to work with before we arrived, her tour on our arrival and she texted every day to check in and wish us well. The house was more than enough space and provided several spaces for gathering plus room for quiet time. We loved the large pool and screened in porch. The well stocked kitchen was a popular gathering space with access straight out to the beautifully landscaped patio and pool. We would recommend this property to anyone who would like to visit this beautiful part of our country. Finally, thank you to Laurie who recommended Chef Paul who prepared a delicious meal for us the night we arrived. From appetizers, entrees and dessert the meal was fantastic. We arrived, settled in, enjoyed a chef prepared meal and began our terrific five day girls trip! Thank you Laurie and Chef Paul."
