"The Breakfast was included and was really excellent (good choices, fresh good quality ingredients, well presented etc.), and the free off-road parking at the rear was convenient.
We stayed in the cottage which is nicely presented, and good value. The only minor issues were the tv remote didn’t work (probably just batteries), the bathroom is a bit tired (toilet hard to flush, mold around the bath), but the shower and overall facilities were good enough.
Overall, a comfortable good value stay."

"Chapter Two is right in the heart of Malton, close to shops & restaurants. The rooms are spacious, with quirky decor & immaculately clean. Chapter Two is a lively bar for a G&T or cocktail, the staff are very friendly. We cycled to Malton and were abke to store our bikes in the secure lobby throughout our stay. Can't recommend this place highly enough!"

"An absolutely stunning property set in such peaceful area. The owner was so helpful and accommodating before, during and at checkout. The property decor is tasteful, modern but in keeping with the farmhouse style. Impeccably clean throughout and there is such attention to detail with the regards to the finish of the accommodation. Would definitely recommend!! "

"We loved the peaceful, atmosphere of being in the middle of farmland. The nearest shop is a couple of miles away and access is via mostly single track road with passing points. That said there is little traffic and easy to negotiate. We were met by Kate who lives next door, she was friendly and helpful. The cottage itself is tastefully furnished and decorated. The rooms are spacious and full of personality. We slept well in the enormous bed and sat outside in the small front garden. We adored Kate's place and would definitely book again. "

"We were blown away with this lodge, the cleanliness, the thoughful decor, the comfort, and how well equipped it is. The location is great, it's so beautiful sitting outside watching the lake. Everything is very accessable, my elderly grandmother managed the stairs fine, the shower was great for her to get in and out of. Beds are comfortable and so are the chairs and sofa. Lovely touch having the tv in the double room too! There's more I could say, all positive. We will be back, thank you for having us."
