"Pool looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There was garbage all over the floor and the hot tub was a foul smelling murky brownish green. Room was clean enough. Front desk staff was nice, but did not have a care in the world about the state of cleanliness and was incredibly unprofessional. "

"We usually stay at O’hare which is a very old but vintage property. The Gibson is our new go to. The property has been renovated with a modern but ecliptic and clean style. The staff was top notch. We were served either a red wine or a local brew upon check in. You also order breakfast at check in with a delivery time the next morning. You can order hot cookies and milk to be delivered for a snack. We had a king room that was quiet and clean. The bed was comfy. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate station in the room. All amenities that you could possibly need such as iron & board, safe, desk, table & chairs for two, an upholstered chair, plenty of pillows, hair dryer, and Paul Mitchell hair goods. "
