"excellent and comfortable"

"Be careful with your belongings. Someone entered my room and stole my tablet and none of the staff were helpful in helping me find it. I even showed them in their CCTV footage. Their staff entering my room. Yet no was ready to take any responsibility"

"The room was clean and the staff were good and helpful. However, the check-in process involved too many formalities, which I felt were unnecessary and unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Additionally, there was renovation work going on during my stay, which caused quite a bit of disturbance. It would have been better if this had been mentioned in advance."

"It's not at all worth the price. I don't know why it is rated so high. Dingy rooms, overpriced food and no amenities at all. You can literally book a well knows 5 star hotel in its budget."
