"This was the best rental I have ever stayed in. Pam’s beautiful home was clean and full of thoughtful touches such as hand lotion, complimentary coffee, a plethora of cooking items and spices, beautifully manicured backyard, and lots of extra blankets. The beds were comfortable too! There was excellent lighting in the bathrooms, plenty of towels and lots of space to spread out for the 5 of us in my family who stayed there. We appreciated driveway parking and we loved the less than 5 min walk to the Iranian bakery and international grocery store. We chose this home because we needed beds for 5 adults and didn’t want to do a home where someone had to sleep on a pull out couch. We would definitely stay here again. My only request would be more hooks to hang up towels. Pam was communicative, quick to respond and answered every question with helpful details. Thanks, Pam! "

"My family and I only stayed here for one night. We came here for the Super Bowl and needed a place to stay after the game. We got to the house very late and woke up early to catch our flight so my comments are based on the things I noticed while in the house for the limited time. First, even though it represents as a townhouse, I would say it is more of a two bedroom duplex and not a townhouse. Next, as far as the inside was concerned, it was pretty bare bones. It reminded me of what my rental home looked like when I was a 21 yr old college kid … no real decor, just the basics a bed, tv, a cheap couch, refrigerator and not much more. Also, like college, the mattresses were not of high quality. They were very soft, springy and uncomfortable. My wife commented that she felt like she was going to roll off the bed if she moved towards the edge because it was so soft and springy. Moreover, the bathroom didn’t have any hand towels. Instead, there was a microfiber wash cloth hanging on the towel rack. Additionally, the place only had 4 bath towels even though we were a family of five and the unit states that it sleeps six. Like everything else, the quality of the bath towel was thin and of low quality. There also weren’t any sheets to put over the convertible couch/bed, so my kid had to fold his blanket in half to sleep on. Finally, the curtains for the sliding glass door where the convertible couch/bed is located is thin and see through, and doesn’t provide any privacy. "

"Overall a good stay. Convenient location and fits our needs well. We are return renters (stayed last year as well) and just wanted to get a few friends together for a game night where we wouldn't have to worry about going out and finding childcare. The bunk room if perfect for our kids to have some independence and feel like they're having their own little slumber party. The area is quiet. Pros: quiet, convenient, clean, stocked fairly well, nice use of space, plenty of blanketsCons: hand towel was stinky in master bath, the heater kept kicking on in a heat wave, not a lot of counter space near mirrors to put on makeup or skincare, decent amount of small repairs needed which were the same needed last year as well (Broken fridge, holes in master bath, several loose chair legs enough to make it unsafe to sit in, missing blinds)Overall though it worked out well for us and we would return"
