"Room was very clean and spacious. Check in using the kiosk was very convenient. Only issue is that even with a kitchenette in the rooms, there was no option for making coffee in the rooms, that had to be purchased separately. Same with a minor amount of cookware to use with the 2 flat top units in the room. Also, there was no desk and chair, only a peninsula countertop with 2 bar stools. Many guests will not want to use a laptop in the kitchen area."

"Pros: Stay was excellent. Apartment was clean and large and located near my conference. Cons: owner uses a plug-in air freshener, and it was difficult for me to breathe. The fragrance lingered even when I unplugged it and placed it outside. Possibly additional air freshener comes through the vents from upstairs. Apartment is downstairs and solar lights are utilized along the sidewalk and down the steps to get to it. However, only one of the lights was actually working, and as I came home after dark each night, it was a little difficult seeing my way. I’m a senior; someone younger may not be concerned by this."

"Was not advertised that this was a basement of a main home. Unable to lock doors to main house from basement apartment side. The doors only locked from main house side. It was chilly and there is not ability to control temperature from apartment. The host did turn temperature up for a little bit in the evening, however it got chilly again about an hour later. It was spacious with four bedrooms, however only one bathroom which made it difficult with number of people staying in the VRBO "

"We had a Friendsgiving with people from in town and out of town. It was such a great place to stay. There was an issue with the keypad but Nikko was so on top of it and we had no issues. There was enough space for everyone to be comfortable playing games and enough beds for everyone who wanted to stay over. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large group and would definitely stay again if the need arose!"
