"This property was beautiful and we had a wonderful room. We were able to use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. Parking can be tricky. If I had to pay to park on the street I would be very unhappy. Some maintenance is needed but nothing major. I would like to have staff on site to answer questions, however, my texts were answered within 1/2 hour. I would like it to be a true b&b with breakfast. Loved the all day coffee, water, and ice. Very convenient. Very close to Duval...

"I enjoyed my stay at the Duval Housr. It gave me the feeling of being in old Florida, but with modern amenities. It was centrally located and is convenient to many of the old town places of interest. I also liked the continental breakfast with the vanilla yogurt, fruit and granola that was put together by the staff. The waffles, made on request were also wonderful. The property is picturesque and had a nostalgic feel. Overall, my stay was delightful!!!"

"Accidentally left my Keys in my room, but I called Mari's emergency number and was given a lock box code to get a key to get back in my room. The whole process took about 5 minutes. "My sister and I stayed at Ambrosia for 2 nights and would absolutely stay there again. The room was very nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a private patio with lounge chairs and an nearby dipping pool which we never had to share with anyone! It was clean, cool and in the shade! There are 2 other pools at Ambrosia. It was quiet and within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. We were fortunate to get one of the limited parking spots for $25/night which was...
