"Great hotel in a nice location! My mom, sister and I stayed for 4 nights and loved how clean it was. The only thing that might need a little love is the jacuzzi, but with the hot/humid weather most people went for the pool, including us. We walked to the parks and had zero issues finding them. When we would come back to our rooms we found our beds made and room cleaned daily which was much appreciated after long days of walking! We would definitely come back :)"

"The bathroom toilet was filthy. The curtain rod was loose and slanted it wouldn't let you close the curtain. Other than that everything else was good."

"Pool bar staff were attentive. No complaints there although they did forget to bring a few drinks. Hotel was nice and clean. My only gripe was the cleanliness of the pool. We stayed for 5 days and I did not see one pool attendant. To have to be in the pool and avoid human hair whilst swimming wasn’t a nice feeling. For a luxury hotel. I do not expect to experience that."

"My only criticism relates to the fact that the lobby was under construction so not as attractive as it could be. Rooms could be refaced but serviceable. Staff in every respect -- counter restaurant bell hop -- were extremely helpful and courteous. d"
