"This is a perfect surfers location. Beautiful surf directly across the street, the pictures are accurate, the neighbors are friendly and sitting on the porch watching the surf was heaven. "The house is very well located, you do not need a car. The beach is 8 minutes away on foot, the bus stop is 20 meters away from the house. There are very frequent busses.
