Nice and Beautifully Upgraded Home on Corner Lot in the Village of Bonnybrook

This beautiful fully furnished and spacious corner lot home is centrally located in The Village of Bonnybrook. Located near Southern Trace shopping, many restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, banks, medical services, etc., (i.e., Walmart, Hobby Lobby, Bonefish Grill, Tap House Social, and more) This home has beautiful wood flooring, plantation shutters, and modern ceiling fans throughout. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are carpeted, the pictures do not provide an accurate whole home picture. We are a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing as well as various swimming pools, recreation centers, Pimlico, Arnold Palmer golf courses, pickle ball, tennis courts, and many more. A bright updated kitchen with brand new high-end gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator, granite countertops, and tile flooring throughout. The indoor laundry room includes a high-end washer and gas dryer. There is an enclosed air-conditioned tile floor Lanai/Patio and outdoor area with space for a gas grill, table, and more. The two-car garage is also air-conditioned and insulated allowing you to work and tinker all year round. The residence includes high-speed WiFi internet and a semi-smart home with TV streaming (YouTube TV with local channels is included). Netflix, Hulu, and Max etc. capable with your account sign-in. Home is equipped with Alexa and more wireless capabilities. This is a must-see home so don't hesitate!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect! Comfortable and easy access to the Villages has to offer. Mario was an excellent host. We will definitely be booking here again.
