    One of the highlights of this villa is the enclosed all-season lanai, where you can bask in the beauty of the outdoors while staying sheltered from the elements. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, reading a book, or enjoying an evening drink with friends.

    The eat in kitchen comes complete with all the necessities to whip up delicious meals. For those who love grilling, a BBQ grill is provided, allowing you to savor delectable grilled meals in your own private outdoor space.The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends and family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home.

    This beautifully decorated home comes complete with WiFi, Electric Golf Cart, and BBQ. With the village resident id card you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools.

    This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the villages lifestyle.

Two months away from cold and snow

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 3rd year we vacationed in the Villages and rented the same home for the past 2 years. We love everything the Villages has to offer. Unfortunately, we don't golf or play sports due to physical issues but, the swimming pools are what we like. We were close to the Town Centres and visited frequently. We were disappointed in the accommodation as in our opinion, the owners don't seem to care about keeping the place updated. WE did not get our monies worth!! We wish to point out issues:1) 2nd day, the washer spilled its first use all over the kitchen floor. The machine was replaced in two days. Excellent service.2) the handle on the sliding door broke but, it was replaced in a couple of days.3) the exterior lights at the garage door were both burned out. Note that one was out all last year (2023) during our stay. The patio light was burned out as well.4) the master bedroom king size bed was hard and uncomfortable. The mattress was only 6 inches deep. The owners need to replace it.5) the TV in the living room is quite old, picture is not clear and it flashes from light to dim ongoing. I mentioned this last year and nothing was done about it.6) the kitchen needs more and new pots and frying pans. they are old and scratched badly. We took our own fry pans and kitchen knives as this seems to be a common problem with rentals. 7) the bedding is cheap and not the proper size for the beds. They drag on the floor.8) the refrigerator door slams against the wall when opened. It was levelled last year but, it is not level again. Also, the seal is worn and dirty.9) the carpet definitely needs replacing, especially in the living and dining room and hallway. Dirty spots in many places.In summary, all issues we had were dealt with efficiently and Downhome staff are great. Special thanks to Kevin for his attention to detail and promptness. We would not rent that house again and have not decided if we will go back next year. You

Reviewer Comments: Everything was good except the deposit return.I was told 14 days after check 18 days I called the office and was told that the lady in charge was on other line & would call back. Four hours later no callback.I called again and was told that she was now out of office and a note was on her desk to call me.Now 19 days after check out and still no call back or deposit return. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this property management company. Will contact home owner to let them know.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had a nice comfortable feeling. The bed in the master was uncomfortable for us, the mattress is too hard, but that's just us. We liked the location it was close to the pool, Sumter Landing and Brownwood. The golf cart part finally came in, but they ordered the wrong one. The technician fixed the brake lights and got the headlights functional due to the hard work of Down-Home Properties! They were on top of it. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally, we really liked the home. It was spacious and well kept. The carpet had a number of spots on it and likely need to be steam cleaned. A couple of problems came up (plugged garburator and unlevel fridge) that Management corrected quickly. The kitchen pots and pans should be replaced as they are old and damaged. The TV did not have High Definition the first month we were there. The TV is fairly old and could be replaced for less than $300. The brightness would dim off and on. Lastly, the golf cart needed brake light and head light repairs but, the parts did not arrive. In all, we were quite happy and have booked it for 2024.

Overall good.

Garage light was out. Had to use the Garage door opener as the light. Glove box on the Golf Cart was dirty. Dirty around the golf cart by the walls. I just swept that. Great location if your into golf. I played 8 out of the 10 days I stayed there. I liked Havana CC best. Golfer paradise. Probably gonna retire there in about 14 months.
