Beautiful Home and Great Location

Wonderful layout with great size bedrooms. Amenities were fantastic, and we had a great time. We were very close to Sumter Landing which made it nice.

Hurricane stay

I was extremely impressed with this property starting from how clean this property was. Location was great to the town square and the hosts were very kind and responsive to our needs, two thumbs up!!

Comfortable home away from home

My husband and I were here for 1 week in September. We were pleasantly surprised how nice this rental is. It's very clean and comfortable. Location is perfect - just a quick golf cart ride to Lake Sumter and easy trek to Spanish Springs and Brownwood. We will be staying here again!

Family Visit

Our family came for a funeral. From communicating, actual stay and departing process was seamless! Being so close to Lake Sumpter with access to the house Golf cart, was such a blessing.

Beautiful and Clean!

I stayed here with a few friends and had such a smooth and enjoyable experience! The owners were very responsive via messages and the house was clean and beautiful! We loved driving the golf cart to Lake Sumter Landing for food and shopping. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to The Villages!

The Villages May 2024

The property was excellent. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying there. I hope to return there myself. Thank you very much for an excellent trip. I was absolutely amazed by the Villages.

Nice Home, Great Location and Lovely Neighborhood

Property was nice and clean and quiet. Check in and out was a breeze. The hosts always responded in a timely manner, great communications. We were able to walk to Lake Sumpter Square and the golf car was an added bonus.

Awesome bang for the buck

One would be hard pressed to find a better deal given the comfort and cleanliness of this home. Super quiet neighborhood and great location for all things in The Villages. Do yourself a favor and make a daytrip to downtown Ocala on a Saturday for the Farmers Market and quaint shops and restaurants.

Loved the place. Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen could use a few extras. Blender, mixing bowls, insulated cups to take to the pool would be a nice added touch. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Villages Visit

My family and I spent 5 nights recently on a trip to visit my parents in The Villages. We chose this rental for its proximity to Sumter Landing, my parents, and the amenities. We had some issues during our stay, but the owners and property manager were very responsive. It was a very comfortable rental for our visit. With some updates and maintenance this property would be five star.

Family vacation with senior parents

We spent several days here with a child, a teen, and my senior adult parents. There were six of us total. We enjoyed the 4 person golf cart and rented a two person golf cart. We spent every night at a different square eating dinner and ice cream as we listened to great music. The kids got a little bored as there’s not a lot to do in the area when it rains.But it’s an hour away from Orlando and 4( min from silver springs. We really enjoyed our time there. Very comfortable and relaxing.

We recently stayed at this property for a week and were very disappointed.It is posted as "updated and premium" which is simply not true. While a few select things have been updated, many other areas of the home were not.The overall experience was far from premium.Upon arrival, we immediately noticed damage to the garage door and notified the host (which they admitted they already knew about). However, as we settled in, we uncovered numerous issues that we chose not to report at the time. The home completely lacked proper upkeep: kitchen faucet didn't work properly which made it difficult to get hot water; one of the toilet handles did not function properly; towel bar was not useable my husband had to fix it, many dangerous light switches, bath towels had to be washed, huge stains on the ottoman, dirt on chair in living room, slider door blinds broken, as well as the cleanliness in general was not great.The golf cart is on its last leg it couldn't make it up small hills.Choosing to remain quiet just so we could enjoy our trip turned out to be a big mistake. After we checked out, the host hit us with a 99 fee without ever discussing anything with us first.We were charged completely erroneously for things that were either pre-existing or entirely baseless. We contacted the host directly to protest this unauthorized charge and discuss the home's pre-exiting conditions and were completely ignored. Thankfully VRBO support was excellent.I suggest looking elsewhere for a rental.
