"Great location. Beautiful resort hotel. Staff are very polite and friendly. The hotel must’ve been renovated recently and it’s much brand new. Special guest room and comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Nice ocean view. Love everything about this hotel."

In solchen fällen sollte Personal da sein und aus Kulanz eine Familie die Möglichkeit geben , sich auszuruhen. Mein Kind ist 4 Monate alt. Wir haben angerufen und gefragt ob es möglich wäre einzuchecken. Für 1200 baht ja. Preis ist nicht ok. Für eine Zeit für 2 Stunden. Macht den Preis realistisch. Und verlangt nicht eine Nacht dafür....

The Wi-Fi didn´t work and the TV did not work too. No elevator. Old people and family with children do not come close too this hotel.No reception, know one to talk too when you ned help. "

Their idea of service is leaving a case of water on the bottom steep do you can grab a bottle and carry it up yourself. There is no noise insulation, bar next door is very loud and stays open late.
