"Our visit to San Diego was made magical by our stay in this Safari Cabin. Hands-down, this was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in, and we will definitely book this cabin the next time we plan a visit to San Diego. Sandy and Paul thought of everything a family could need when vacationing: a myriad of toiletries and condiments and pantry items, kitchen tools and appliances, spare towels and blankets, board games, play dough, puzzles, office supplies, a cooler for the beach, and more. The shower was spacious and comfortable with great water pressure. The table surfaces had glass tops (yay for not worrying about children and coasters!). My husband and I slept on the pull out sofa in the great room so that we could stay up late being adults and I could make my morning coffee without waking the children. We placed the mattress topper from the bedroom onto the sofa bed, and it made the sofa bed extremely comfortable. This rental is also pretty close to some great places: Sarita’s Taco Shop and Santa Sophia Catholic Church. Per my husband: I felt like I was at a resort, but private. The grounds were beautiful and lush, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You picked good. Per my seven year old: My favorite thing about the safari cabin was the hot tub and water gun. I liked the beautiful cheetah, leopard, and tiger stuffies. Per my six year old: My favorite part was the rope swing! (Verified. It was very difficult to keep her off the rope swing.) "This was an excellent property all around. Perfect for family or large gatherings. Host was amazingly responsive. Outdoor space was awesome, especially pool and grills. Absolutely will book again."

"The place was well described and did not disappoint as the pool, jacuzzi, pool table and ping pong all got a lot of use. The tennis court was great as well. Lots of beds to choose from allowing us all to get good sleeps each night and being in a secluded area it was a very quiet property. About a half hour taxi from downtown SD but it was worth it for the amenities at this property, would recommend to any large group staying in the area and would stay there again!"

"Four families booked this home together for Spring Break with the kids. The house ended up being perfect for our trip. We didn't have to hear "I'm bored" once. Gabe has done a wonderful job equipping the house with everything we needed for our trip. Other than some store runs for food, we were all set. Prior to the trip, some of us were slightly concerned that the house was a bit too far from downtown San Diego but we didn't have any issues getting to all of our planned excursions within ~20 minutes. Being just outside the city in a nice suburb actually worked out great and helped us relax that much more. Gabe was very responsive any time we reached out for anything. We would gladly rent this home again!"
