"The property is clean and well maintained. Super amazing that Cynthia ensured there were snacks and water on site as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We had all the information we needed in the check in package and was a fabulous stay for us. We would definitely stay again our next trip to Yellowknife."

"Staff was understanding and accommodating. However I split the room with a friend. I had gone out for the night and when I came back the next night, I was rudely interrupted while I was in the shower and got kicked out and the authorities were called when I did nothing wrong at all. I was not notified about My 'former' friend, allegedly smoked in the room and was kicked out when I wasn't around during the incidents and I wasnt notified of panything that had happened by the staff or the friend."

"The beds, food, staff and shuttle were excellent! The gym had some negative reviews but it has everything needed and was bigger than most hotel gyms. The bathroom in my room needed some maintenance (rocking toilet, missing caulking), but was clean at least."

"Was a very noisy upstairs as you can hear every step they took and they where up around 6am so not a good sleep and the dog also was a bit load barking. When we first moved in it was very cold and took about a day to warm up. Then on our third day we wanted to do our laundry and clean our soiled towels but was a bit issue to get any detergent and ended up no clean towels and laundry not what was advertised and again very noisy at times when you wanted to sleep in and last rant is the smell from upstairs all in our basement suite"

"What an incredible stay! The home on Niven Lake was amazing, modern and cozy! We had everything we needed for 7 people to relax, cook together and have fun. The host responded immediately and with kindness when we had questions or needed guidance with something. She also texted a recommendation for us to attend a wonderful event in town. The house is walking distance into town, and we always took advantage of the trail along the lake to get us most of the way there. Warm, clean and spacious--we're already looking forward to another stay!"
