"Everything was great except checking in after midnight no one was at the counter. We called and rang the bell several times. Finally after 15 min we startled someone awake. The hotel was informed we would be late"

"I had a hard time with the smell of a Pine-sol type of cleaning product that was used. A bit overwhelming to the senses. Otherwise fine. First time using a computerized desk person. That was interesting, but worked fine. "

"We didn’t have time to eat the breakfast but the newly remodeled rooms were exceptional and very comfortable. AC worked great . The door to out room was a little stuck , but that’s it . The front desk and staff were very polite and super kind . We would stay here again . Our in laws live very close . "

"Our stay was good. The bed was very firm and so were the pillows, but we slept well. The breakfast is your average continental breakfast. Our tv wasnt working, but we didnt need to watch it anyway. Its really the only hotel in Florence, so they keep the prices high, which is a shame."

"It was a beautiful stay, the house was very nice and lovated in a nice area close to different stores. I was there for a scocer tournament with 5 boys and they enjoyed the pool after their games. Hoat is amazing even before booking I had questions and very prompt in answering them. 100 percent recommend this peoperty."
