"The room itself was clean however the walpaper in the bathroom was peeling quite a bit, we had a light out in the bathroom, the bed was supposed to have a light and outlet but neither worked. The elevator to the garage was out of order which was quite inconvenient as my son had an ankle injury. There was a large leak in the foyer. At breakfast we went the the plates and a two bulb lamp somehow fell over on our plates, the bulb gell out and left a residue that had to be cleaned and plates exchanged. Staff were nice and the hotel as a whole was nice but we just happened to have a few inconveniences that added up to quite a bit since we were only there for about 15 hours total. "

"We have stayed at this hotel before and chose it again for its convenience. This time, when booking a room for our family of four (two adults and two children), I specifically selected a room that included breakfast. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed me that breakfast was not included in our booking. I had to search through my emails to show them the confirmation that clearly stated breakfast was included. Even then, they only provided breakfast vouchers for two people instead of four. When I questioned this, they explained that the room rate only includes breakfast for two guests. This raises the obvious question: if the room is intended for four people, why does the included breakfast only cover half the occupants? The staff member was quite unhelpful throughout the interaction. It doesn’t make sense that a family room for four people only comes with breakfast vouchers for two."

"We enjoyed our stay. We will stay there again next year for our soccer games. Breakfast bar was a bonus. My wife enjoyed the omelets."

"Such a cool place! Parking was a little tricky (and pricey!!) but the room was clean. House keeping did start turning rooms over at 8:30am, so there was a ton of vacuuming and cleaning sounds while we were still sleeping. "

"Staff was untrained. Front desk woman was falling asleep/ nodding off on Sat. morning. Asst. Manager does not know customer service. Housekeepers cannot understand English. I was sick for 6 days with pneumonia and was TOLD to check out a day early with NO REASON. My bank flagged my card for Fraud since no staff checked me out of my reservation on 3/6/26. The Hampton Inn, Waltham STILL HAD AN OPEN reservation for me 5 days AFTER I was TOLD to leave. Unprofessional and untrained staff with zero customer service skills to solve problems. "
