"It is a modern and stylish place, with lots of light and activities to do. We loved the wood-firing sauna. It is a private and a quiet place."

"A very nice stay , enjoyed the hot tub and beach access...the snack tray was a lovely surprise. Perfect for a quiet getaway"

"Lucky to find this gem. The access to the private beach is for Port Franks' residents. Clean sand. Not crowded during our stay. Brings back fond memories of my teenage years.Lacked nothing and sleep well.By the way, Derek was a great help when we needed an allen wrench to tighten the handle bars on a bicycle.Keep up the great work Katie and Jim!!!"

"Excellent location! A fantastic stay! Communication with Katherine was excellent from booking to check out."

"Way overpriced, make sure you're checking the currency. Pulled a fast one on me and ended up paying 800 for one night. Also, got locked out on the balcony, with my daughter. Cleaning wasnt done, hair in washrooms and showers and dirty socks outside on balcony."

"Host is very helpful with the entire process of check-in/check-out. Rooms are clean with good view of the main street. "

"It was an amazing one night stay at the chateau with 5 rooms and ample space for luggage and all. It was quite, well lit with lots of natural light from the windows and a calm place to be with your family. I wish there were hand showers in the bathroom just to wash off the beach sand easily."

"Property owners were very hand off, dismissive, and non apologetic with issues. Havjng us refer to onsite managers for suppoer. Owners had our key time out one day early, leaving us unable to get into the room. Were slow to respond, and did not try and problem solve."

"Our place was exactly like the photos online which is the first time we have experienced that. Check in and parking was very simple."

"The unit inside is a beautiful space but we were disappointed with the cleanliness. There were cob webbs in the corners and lighting fixtures. The unit was tidy but the floors were not mopped, we had black residue on our socks and feet. The biggest disappointment was the balcony, we were not able to actually sit out and enjoy because it was so dirty and the furniture was very dirty and full of dead bugs on the seating. The unit is beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the hosts were very...

"Very clean and spacious, centrally located on the strip with restaurants and shopping nearby."

"Our key code did not work so the building manager let us into the apartment! He was very helpful and polite! The kitchen was lacking some essential items for cooking. Overall the inside of the apartment was very clean! The balcony and BBQ were filthy! We enjoyed our stay, the location was great and the beds were very comfortable!"

"Great and fun experience would recommend"

"Our family really enjoyed it and our kids love the pool. The front desk lady was so friendly and kind. "

"Excelent layout of house and deck / patio area -- easily accommodated our large group of nine adults with room to spare. The setting was quiet and peaceful and proximate to both Grand Bend and Bayfield. Easy short walk to the beach. We will absolutely consider returning in the future."
