"Beautiful setting, right in the centre of Daglan. Its such a quite location and the hosts were lovely too, making us feel very welcome. We were so pleased to find this accommodation and would happily return."

Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir einige Tage Regen hatten (und damit sollte man rechnen), haben wir viel erlebt. Wir werden sicherlich noch einmal wiederkommen"

"Good location to explore the Dordogne, with great views from the property. Basic accommodation , tired but functional, near to chateaux, gardens, and other places to visit. Pool unheated, and shared with two other properties, but good on a hot day."

"La région est superbe et nous avons fait beaucoup de marche et de visites. Nous avons apprécié le gîte et l'accueil du propriétaire. Les T° ne nous ont pas permis de profiter de la piscine mais il y a tant à faire que ce n'est pas grave! Le gîte contient tous les équipements nécéssaires et est fidèle à la description. "

And we suffered additional cost for staying in a hotel in between the two properties. 1. The furniture in the living room are covered with seat covers that look shabby, unwashed, and badly tattered. 2. "Effectivement c'est très calme , à part les cigales bien sûr . Il fait chaud aussi . La piscine est assez grande et entretenue tous les 3-4 jours par Mr et Mme Lions qui habitent à 200m . Le logement est spacieux et le billard américain au RDC est appréciable . Pour les 3 chambres : 6 personnes max , idéalement 4 ."

"The house is huge and the photos do not do it justice. It’s super comfortable and there’s a lovely view from the terrace. The pool is also large and clean. Plenty to do in the area. We loved our week there and would absolutely recommend!"

"Sandra was a brilliant host, very communicative and helpful both before and during the stay, including buying a brand new travel cot as we were staying with a baby. The property was immaculate throughout with everything you might need. Well located for Cenac, beautiful views over the Dordogne valley, excellent indoor and outdoor living spaces, and a lovely pool and hot tub. We would stay again."

"A beautiful hotel with a stunning view. The pool was a lovely addition and our room was comfortable and well appointed. Our only complaint was that the bedroom was open to the sitting room and was not a true separate bedroom. This was a challenge for us as we were travelling with a 14 month old and found it hard to enjoy the patio and lovely space past her bedtime. This would not be a limiting factor for many people/families staying at this property and was specific to our needs. The kitchen was very well appointed and the shower was lovely and spa like. The owner was very helpful when our baby came down with an ear infection and provided us with the contact information for a doctor. We would definitely recommend this property to others."
