"The cottage is lovely located. 25 minutes by foot to the town center and 15 minutes to the river Exe. Parking space direct available in front of the cottage. A small supermarket is nearby. The heating did work without any issues. A dining room is not available.Alison the host was also super quickly in her response if we had any questions. You have also second key to the cottage.We enjoyed our stay at the cottage."

"A lovely rural oasis, quiet and peaceful. The two large fields were heaven for our dog to run around in at her leisure. Philip was very helpful about the property and the milk, tea and coffee on first arrival were very welcome. it's well situated for visits to the coast and the country."

"We didn’t have unrealistic expectations for a property under £200 a night in Devon over a bank holiday—but we did expect it to be clean and safe. It wasn’t. The living room had a large stained, filthy rug. The couch was also stained. Pillows smelled of body odour. Pans, bowls, mugs, and the fridge were dirty. The floor left our socks black. The shower had black mould, and the toilet needed bleach. Its pull cord was brown halfway down. Walls were stained, and the house smelled unpleasant. The...
