Théoule is a little quiet, so if you’re looking for “Cannes vibe”, this is not your preferred choice. Also the only restaurant open in the evening is the beach club, and the fine dining. "It was our honeymoon and they made it very special. Beautiful location but far from public transportation. Reserve transportation ahead of arrival and day before departure as we did miss our train connection, which fortunately we did get a second train and were able to keep our 2nd connection as it had an hour layover. So all in all everything worked out well. "

The property has 2 gorgeous terraces with stunning sea views overlooking the small port. A comfortable living room area and adequate kitchen with everything you need. Good size main bedroom, again with a balcony and lovely sea view. A designated parking space was really useful and the surrounding residential area felt very safe and welcoming. Great stay! "
