"Great Place to stay with group of friends! Very clean and well kept place with lots to do outside highly recommend this place! Will be staying here again."

"Great place, great location, great stay over all. We will be back."

"The character of the house shines through and is lovely to spend time in. The little sun room off the kitchen we ended up in often. There is no dishwasher but washing dishes by hand in the vintage sink is enjoyable. Overall an easy process. The stairs could be tricky for some people (old house small stairs). But we had no issues. The agency that runs the home is quick and responsive and proactive. Overall great and pet friendly is a plus."

"Excellent stay! We couldn’t be happier with our time at this cottage. We enjoyed using their four complimentary kayaks (they had life jackets and paddles for us), had a fire at night (host supplied free chopped firewood), grilled out burgers on the grill, and rented a pontoon boat and wave runner (Lake Winnebago Boat & WaveRunner Rentals is next door. The host (Brad) who owns this cottage also owns the boat rental place next door). We even did some fishing (there is a bait shop also next door)...

"The pictures are extremely misleading. The place is very dingy. There’s a bedroom downstairs that’s mostly fine, but the sleeping arrangements for the other eight upstairs are a very tight attic without separate rooms. There’s one bathroom and the water pressure is subpar. The outside of the building is pretty rundown. Everything worked. And communication was good. Great parking behind the unit. The AC worked fine."

"Home was perfect for our family 4th of July weekend! Loved that it was pet friendly and there was ample yard and deck space for all! Fire pit was amazing (loved that there was plenty of firewood) and we had two fun Bon Fire/Smores nights! Kitchen was huge and perfect for making all meals and well stocked with what we needed and nice appliances! Used the grill for our 4th cookout and that was great too! Home was adorable and full of charm! Beds were super comfy!!"

"Step back onto the set of the Brady Bunch! Shag carpet open stairs, rotary phones, trash compactor, a beautiful view, eclectic shower upstairs that only the 70s can imagine. A wonderful time capsule."

"We had a great time at this property. The house was clean, spacious, well organized and the lake was beautiful. I am a new wheelchair user and this was my first vacation in two years so I was initially disappointed that there was a step down from the house to the large deck. My brother-in-law ended up driving back home to pick up a portable ramp that I use when I visit his house. That worked really well so if you are a wheelchair use be advised to bring or rent a ramp ahead of time if you want...
