"Amazing stay in the deluxe suite. Me and my family (2 adults and 3 kids 6-12y) had a great time here. The apartment was really good and superclean, had 1 balcony and 1 huge terrace with sea view, and was superclean and fresh. The stay is superclose to the beach, which definitely adds value as it is super easy to go for a swim, and head back for a quick lunch or rest if you don't want to spend the entire day on the sunbed. Durumu bildirmemize rağmen ancak iki saat sonra geri dönüş yapıldı. • Otele giriş saati 15:00 olarak belirtilmesine rağmen 16:30’a kadar giriş yapmamıza izin verilmedi. • Koridor kapıları şifreliydi, ancak bize şifre bilgisi verilmedi....

"This is the worst property from the worst agency that I ever got. In the post they have parking available with spaces, when you get there your surprised by a big lie as the hole area is residential only 24/7 and any parking around is 30euros / day. Best part is that we booked the studio with lovely pictures, got there just to be surprised that there was no keys left for us, had to waith geom 11.30pm to past midnight for them to give us a different one, nothing to do with pictures, broken things,...

"Nilie Hospitality manages several properties in Thess. We had booked the Agia Sofia apartment (it is a great location) but they claimed they never got the reservation (a lie) and redirected us to a property near Ladadika (Great Apple) instead. They charged us the same price but the property was NOT equivalent to what we had booked. Huge apartment complex with terrible/non existent Wifi, dirty curtains and couches, hot water only if you pushed a button and waited 15 mins to warm up, smelly...
