"The check in was fast and she spoke English. Breakfast was a full spread. Lots to eat. Pool amazing and it has a bar/ restaurant at the pool.best arancini around and we have eaten a lot since arriving in Sicily. Beach across the street with free shuttle. 10 minute walk to downtown with the shops and restaurants. Best little town and best hotel. Sad to leave it."

"Toller Gastgeber, fantastisches Ferienhaus mit wunderschönem Pool und einer super Aussicht! Die Größe war für 6 Personen absolut ausreichend und bis in die Innenstadt sind es circa 2,5 km. Der Gastgeber wohnt selbst im Haus und war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Kommunikation beim Check-in war etwas unklar, da uns zunächst eine andere Adresse mitgeteilt wurde. Letztendlich konnte ein Teil unserer Gruppe aber direkt am Ferienhaus einchecken und musste nicht ins Büro im Ort – hier sollte man eventuell vorab klarer kommunizieren. Ansonsten war aber wirklich alles super schön! Noch ein kleiner Tipp für Nachfolger: Die Klimaanlage wird nach tatsächlichem Verbrauch abgerechnet, was bei uns (6 Personen, 4 Nächte) circa 30 € betrug. Zusammengefasst war es ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Haus wärmstens weiter! Source: Airbnb"

"Communications from Elena at the Hotel, before we even arrived was great! She arranged an airport pick with Giovanni, that was a fantastic start to our trip... The Hotel was a quaint Sicilian style villa in a great location, very much in the centre of everything - near the beach, great eateries and places to visit... We had the suite on the top floor, in hindsight a wonderful choice as the views were amazing. The staff were all lovely even down to the maids who cleaned our room daily. The breakfast was buffet style and the freshly made coffee was delightful."

"Gregorio is excellent host, always available, great communication and gave us great advice about the places to eat. The Gusta pizza was an excellent choice. One day we had to leave early in the morning, way before the breakfast hours, to take ferry to egadi islands. The staff was really nice, packed a take away breakfast, so we can take it with us on the trip."

"Huis ligt op een heuvel even buiten Castellammare. Prachtig uitzicht over de zee. Inrichting is compleet. Eigenaresse is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembad is wat klein, maar is schoon en wordt goed onderhouden. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit huis."

"Villa Noemi blew our minds. After staying in apartments in the rest of Italy, Villa Noemi was a bresh of much needed fresh air. Antonino and Noemi were fantastic hosts and were prompt in there replies to all of our questions. We had a user issue with the heating system and getting a toilette to flush, but Antonino showed up twice within 5 minutes to take care of the issue. The villa has an amazing covered veranda from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains, the bay and Castellammare del Golfo. It includes an outdoor cooking setup, which we didnt get to use but was fun to dream about. The property also includes a small orchard with mandarins, oranges, lemons and grapefruit. There is nothing better at breakfast time walking out the veranda door and taking a 1 minute stroll to pick your breakfast fresh off a tree. Truly a delight!! There are also olive trees, but I hate olives and I steered away from them. Villa Noemi was the perfect base of operations for my family of 7. We travelled to San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani, Erice, Palermo and Salinunte. We eagerly and happily stay stay here again and again and again!"
